Return Policy

1. Personalized products

Every myPlacePoster poster is made to order from the customer's photo and choices (place, title, font, size). As a personalized product made to your specifications, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

An order therefore cannot be returned or refunded simply because you changed your mind once production has started.

2. Defective or damaged products

We accept returns and provide a replacement or refund for any product that is defective, damaged in transit or non-compliant with your order. This guarantee costs you nothing.

• Time to report a defect: 14 days from receipt, with photo evidence.
• No return costs are ever charged to you when a defect is confirmed.
• Your choice: reprint and reship an identical poster, or a full refund.

3. How to make a claim

Write to us at contact@myplaceposter.com with your order number and, if possible, one or more photos of the product you received. We get back to you within 48 business hours with the next steps.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days after the claim is accepted or the returned product is received.
