Terms of Sale

1. Purpose

These Terms of Sale govern the contractual relationship between myPlacePoster and any customer ordering a poster on myplaceposter.com. Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.

2. Products

myPlacePoster creates personalized posters from photos provided by the customer, stylized by artificial intelligence, printed on demand and delivered to the customer's address.

Available sizes: 12 × 16 in and 20 × 28 in, printed on silk 170 gsm paper.

3. Prices

Prices are stated in US dollars (USD). myPlacePoster reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one in effect when the order is confirmed.

• 12 × 16 in poster: $19.90 (+ $12.00 shipping)
• 20 × 28 in poster: $29.90 (+ $13.00 shipping)

4. Order and payment

Payment is made online by card and secured by Stripe. The order is confirmed upon receipt of payment. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided at checkout.

5. Delivery

Orders are produced and shipped by our print partner Prodigi and delivered to your door by tracked carrier. The estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days after order confirmation.

Shipping is billed in addition to the poster price, at the carrier's actual cost, and shown before payment is confirmed. myPlacePoster cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

6. Right of withdrawal

Each poster is a personalized product made to the customer's specifications. As such, the right of withdrawal does not apply, and orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started.

This does not affect your rights in case of a defective or damaged product: any poster that arrives defective, damaged in transit or non-compliant is replaced free of charge within 14 days of receipt, upon presentation of photo evidence (see section 8).

7. Customer responsibility and photo rights

By uploading a photo to myPlacePoster, the customer expressly declares and warrants:

• That they are the author or rights holder of the photo, or hold an explicit authorization from the rights holder permitting commercial use.
• That the photo does not infringe third-party rights: copyright, image rights of identifiable persons, intellectual property rights over reproduced works (paintings, sculptures, logos, etc.).
• That the photo contains no unlawful content: nudity, pornographic material, violent imagery, hateful or discriminatory content.

myPlacePoster cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for the content of photos submitted by customers. In the event of a dispute over the rights to a photo, liability rests exclusively with the customer who uploaded it. The customer agrees to indemnify myPlacePoster against any damage, costs or judgment resulting from a breach of these warranties.

myPlacePoster reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order whose content is deemed inappropriate or contentious, with no obligation to refund if the breach is established. Automatic moderation is applied to every upload; it does not release the customer from their responsibility.

8. Claims

In case of a damaged or non-compliant product, the customer has 14 days from receipt to contact us at contact@myplaceposter.com, attaching a photo of the product received. A replacement will be offered if the claim is justified.

9. Governing law

myPlacePoster is a French company, and these Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before any legal action.
